Users may discontinue using the service at any time. Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the paid 365-day term.
If a billing discrepancy occurs, refund requests submitted within 7 days of order date will be reviewed. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
